Automatic Border Mark Cutting Machine
Application
This machine is used for automatic cutting of mattress border, can make mark automatically. It can accurately control the length of cutting, make dot in appointed location and automatically cut off. Then can make mattress handle, air hole position and sew the label according to this mark on mattress border instead of manual measuring and marking to improve production. Machine uses DELTA touch screen and PLC, also has lacking material protector, can set up suitable cutting speed and cutting length on the touch screen, and dot by PLC to control the positioning and automatic cutting. Set the length of the buffer mechanism, this machine can work with other sewing equipment to combine production line and make automatic cutting, such as, (ESKB/ETF-4/ETF-5/EFF-1/EFF-2/ELX-U101/EKH-4600/EOL-2D/ELX-102/ELX-103).
